In the agenda view you see per day your:
Workouts
These show the workout chart, duration, intensity and load. A workout shown with a dotted outline is a proposed change that hasn't been applied yet — you're looking at a preview from plan edit mode. Press Save in the preview bar to apply it, or Discard to drop it. See How to make changes to my training plan.
Activities
Completed activities show their main details and how they compare to the planned workout. If a completed activity is paired to a planned workout, LeCoach shows them as one merged card with the workout execution score. See how pairing works.
Races
Race cards can show sport, distance, elevation, goal time, intensity and load.
Wellness / recovery
LeCoach shows your recovery-related data for the day, plus your wellness check-in and habit chips.
Other calendar entries
Notes, rest days, sick days, injuries and holidays.
You can click any card or any date to open the day view. Each week also has a week overview with more detail for that week.
