Habits are recurring tasks you want to do consistently — stretching, no snacks, a screentime cutoff. They're separate from workouts.
Create a habit
Settings → Tracking → Habits → Add habit. Give it a name, an optional description and an icon, then build the schedule:
Frequency: Once, Daily, Weekly or Monthly
'Repeats every' N days/weeks/months
Weekly: pick the weekdays; Monthly: pick a day of the month or e.g. 'first Monday'
Start date, and an end after N occurrences or on a date. Habits run for at most 6 months at a time — extend them when they expire.
Edit, archive, reorder
Manage everything in Settings → Tracking → Habits. The up/down arrows set the order used in the day view and agenda. Archiving keeps your history but removes future occurrences.
Complete or skip
Tap the habit chip in the day view or agenda to mark it done; tap again to undo. Open the habit on a specific date to skip that occurrence — skipped dates don't count against your adherence.
Streaks and analytics
Analytics → Habits & Wellness Tracking shows a daily-dot grid per habit (filled = done) and your streaks. LeCoach can also reference habit adherence in chat — ask 'how's my stretching habit going?'.
Habit vs wellness check-in
A habit is done/not done. If you want to *rate* something daily on a 1–4 scale (fatigue, mood, ...), use wellness check-ins instead.
