Workouts you create in LeCoach push to your head unit or Zwift via Intervals.icu, and rides flow back automatically for scoring and adaptation.

TrainerRoad gives you fixed plans and indoor workouts; TrainingPeaks is a calendar and analytics tool built for human coaches. LeCoach is the coach itself — it writes the plan, picks the workouts, watches every ride, talks to you in chat, and adjusts the schedule when life or fatigue gets in the way. You can still use Zwift, your Garmin, or Intervals.icu alongside it.

Can I import my existing plan or training history?

Yes. When you connect Intervals.icu, LeCoach pulls in your activity history, wellness data, FTP, and zones so the coach starts with real context — not a blank slate. You can also keep using any plan you already have; LeCoach will adapt around it rather than overwrite it.
