How to make changes to my training plan?

You can change effectively anything in your training plan — individual workouts, the weekly structure, availability, volume targets, limits like maximum consecutive days, and plan settings such as polarization or progression.

    How it works

    1. Tell LeCoach in chat what you want ('move my Thursday workout to Friday', 'make next week easier', 'add a rest day every Monday').

    2. LeCoach prepares the change and shows a preview: affected workouts appear in your agenda with a dotted outline, and a bar appears at the bottom of your screen.

    3. In that 'Preview changes' bar, press Save to apply, or Discard to drop the whole proposal.

Nothing is ever applied without your confirmation. Once saved, all changes sync to Intervals.icu and your devices.

    Where is the Save button?

The Save/Discard bar sits at the bottom of the screen and only appears while a preview is active. If you don't see it: scroll down (on smaller screens it can sit below other panels), and check you actually asked for a change — if LeCoach only *discussed* an idea, there's no preview yet; ask it to apply the change.

    Can I undo a change?

An un-saved preview: yes — press Discard. A saved change: there's no undo button, but LeCoach keeps a log of plan changes and can reverse most of them — just ask in chat ('undo the change we just made'). Deleted workouts can't be restored, only recreated.
