    How to make changes to my training plan?

    To make changes to your training plan:

    1. Activate plan edit mode.

    2. Instruct LeCoach with the changes you want to make.

    You can change effectively anything in your training plan that you can see in your agenda or on your training plan details page.

    This includes:

    • Individual workouts

    • Weekly training structure

    • Availability

    • Maximum consecutive or hard days

    • Volume targets

    • Plan settings

    • Polarization, structure, progression etc etc.

    LeCoach will show you a preview before any changes are applied.
