    How to edit a workout?

    Edit a single workout

Select a workout in your agenda and press edit, or open the workout and press the edit pencil. You can then:

    • Ask LeCoach AI to make the change ('make the intervals 4 minutes', 'turn this into a recovery ride') — fastest for structural changes.

    • Edit manually: the editor lets you change the name, duration, notes and the workout structure itself, with a live preview of the chart and a zone breakdown. Steps use a simple format like -5m 60% FTP (one step per line), repeats like 4x on their own line — the editor validates as you type. See How to read a LeCoach workout.

Save to apply — the change syncs to Intervals.icu and your devices automatically.

    Edit multiple workouts at once

Ask LeCoach in chat ('shorten all workouts next week by 20%'). This activates plan edit mode and you'll get a preview before anything is applied — see How to make changes to my training plan.

    Don't like a workout type?

Tell LeCoach in chat ('I dislike microbursts, prefer longer threshold blocks'). It can adjust the plan and remember the preference for future workouts via LeCoach Memory.
