    LeCoach Memory

LeCoach can remember important details to personalize your training: workout preferences, physical limitations, recovery patterns, availability constraints, coaching style, equipment.

    How memories get saved

    • During onboarding — key details upfront

    • During plan setup — the limitations & preferences step, saved for one plan or permanently

    • In chat — say 'remember that...' or use the brain icon above the chat box; LeCoach may also propose saving something useful you mentioned (you confirm first)

    • In Settings → Memory — add, edit or delete memories manually any time

    Permanent or temporary

Each memory is either always remembered or set to expire on a date — perfect for temporary situations ('recovering from a cold until next week', 'travel until July 20').

    How memories are used

Active memories are given to your coach in every conversation and whenever it creates or edits workouts and plans. Keep them short and factual for best results ('prefers long threshold blocks over microbursts', 'left knee acts up above 3 hard days/week').

    Memory not being applied?

Check it exists in Settings → Memory and hasn't expired. There's a practical cap on how much memory context the coach carries — if you have many memories, delete stale ones; the most useful memories are the ones that change coaching decisions.
