Your availability tells LeCoach how much training time you have. Changing it is quick:
Click the clock icon on any day in your agenda.
Set the available time with the slider (0 up to 8 hours; 0 = rest day).
Choose 'This day only' or 'All Mondays' (or whichever weekday you clicked) — the recurring option lets you set a from/to date range.
Save.
What happens to scheduled workouts
If the change affects scheduled workouts, LeCoach shows a proposal: extend, shorten or keep each affected workout. Nothing is changed silently — you confirm before anything is applied. Workout durations are adjusted intelligently (adding or trimming interval sets and endurance time, not just cutting the end off).
Weekly hours and per-day maximums
Your weekly hours target and the maximum hours per day were set when creating your plan. To change them, ask LeCoach in chat (for example: 'raise my weekly target to 8 hours' or 'cap Tuesdays at 1 hour') — it will propose the plan changes. See How to make changes to my training plan.
