Specificity toward your goal: event plans work backward from the demands of your race — duration, profile, intensity — into the sessions that prepare them, with a proper taper.
Consistency beats heroics: the plan fits your real availability, and missed-workout handling is triage, not punishment.
You stay in the loop: every change is explained and previewed; ask 'why?' about any session and you get a real answer.
