    What is the recovery score?

The recovery score is LeCoach’s estimate of how ready you are to train today, based on four metrics: HRV, Resting Heart Rate, Sleep Duration and Sleep Score. When one or more of these factors are not present in your data we will base it on the ones that you do have.

LeCoach compares today's metrics to your personal baselines — a 7-day rolling median for recent trends, and for HRV and resting heart rate, also a 28-day median to detect prolonged changes like illness or overtraining. The score reflects how today compares to what's normal for you, weighted by the reliability of each metric.

A score of 100 means you're completely ready; lower is worse and great scores can be even higher than 100.
