    What is the Analytics page?

The Analytics page is LeCoach's dashboard for your training data. Pick a period at the top (30 days, 90 days, 1 year or 3 years) and add 7-day or 28-day trend lines to most charts.

    Fitness & Training

    • Fitness — CTL (fitness) and ATL (fatigue) over time, including the projection from your scheduled workouts. What CTL and ATL mean.

    • Training Stress Balance — your form (TSB) with projections; includes the guide bands for fresh, gray zone, improving and overreaching.

    • Weekly Training Load — actual vs scheduled load per week.

    Wellness & Recovery

    • Recovery Score — your daily recovery score with tier bands.

    • HRV, Resting HR, Sleep Duration and Sleep Score — the raw signals behind it.

    Cycling Performance

    • FTP & eFTP — your set FTP vs Intervals.icu's rolling estimate (the difference).

    • Decoupling — aerobic durability per ride, with a 5% reference line and an 'endurance rides only' toggle (what it means).

    • Efficiency Factor — output per heartbeat over time.

    • Power Curve — current period vs all-time bests.

    • Power Profile — your sprint/punch/climb strengths.

    Running Performance

Run FTP & eFTP (with a running power meter), run decoupling and run efficiency factor.

    Habits & Wellness Tracking

A chart per enabled check-in field, your habit grids and the weight chart with your goal line.

Ask the coach about any of it

LeCoach reads the same data you're looking at. Ask 'why did my recovery score drop this week?' or 'is my decoupling improving?' and it answers from your actual numbers.
