    Riding LeCoach workouts in Zwift

LeCoach workouts appear in Zwift automatically once Intervals.icu is connected to both.

    Setup (one time)

    1. Connect Intervals.icu to LeCoach in Settings - Integrations.

    2. On the Intervals.icu connections page, connect Zwift and enable 'Upload planned workouts' (and 'Download activities' so your Zwift rides flow back to LeCoach).

    Finding the workout in Zwift

In Zwift, open the Workouts menu — your scheduled LeCoach workout for the day appears there alongside your custom workouts (named with a 'by LeCoach App' suffix). Ride it in ERG mode and the trainer controls the power targets for you.

    Workout not showing in Zwift?

    • Zwift loads planned workouts when it starts — if Zwift was already running when the workout synced, restart Zwift.

    • Check the workout is in your Intervals.icu calendar for today. If not: sync troubleshooting.

    • Check the Zwift connection on the Intervals.icu connections page has 'Upload planned workouts' enabled.

    • If you edited the workout in LeCoach just now, give it a moment and restart Zwift to pick up the change.

    Good to know

    • Zwift's ERG mode uses the workout's %FTP targets against Zwift's own FTP setting — keep your FTP in Zwift up to date with your LeCoach/Intervals.icu FTP so the watt targets match. See FTP vs eFTP.

    • Cadence targets (for example 65 RPM torque work or 105 RPM high-cadence work) are included as text in the step — Zwift shows them with the interval.

    • Your completed Zwift ride flows back via Intervals.icu, pairs with the planned workout and gets an execution score automatically.
