    Using the calendar without a training plan

    You don't need an active training plan to use LeCoach's calendar. Without a plan you can still:

    • Add individual workouts: click the plus icon on any day, choose cycling or running, and describe the workout you want — LeCoach creates it. Or just ask in chat: 'create a 1h endurance ride for tomorrow'. These workouts sync to Intervals.icu and your devices like any other.

    • Add races and events: plus icon → Add race, or tell LeCoach in chat.

    • Add notes and calendar entries: holidays, sick days, injuries or plain notes — via the plus icon or chat.

    • See all your activities and wellness data: everything syncs and gets analyzed regardless of whether a plan exists.

    One recommendation

    Even without structured goals, consider creating a light plan — for example three weeks of occasional base rides. It costs you nothing in flexibility, and it helps LeCoach understand what your intention is during this period, which makes all its coaching and analysis sharper.

    Deleting entries you added

    Open the entry from the agenda or day view and use its delete button. Notes and calendar entries sync their deletion to Intervals.icu as well.
