Running with LeCoach (pace zones, threshold pace, running power)

LeCoach fully supports running — running-only plans, mixed cycling+running plans, individual run workouts and run analysis.

    How run workouts are targeted

Run workouts are pace-based: every step is a percentage of your threshold pace (e.g. 90% Pace), with optional heart-rate targets as a secondary reference (enable those here). On your watch the workout guides you by pace. If your watch shows heart rate instead of pace, fix the priority setting — see this article.

    Setting your threshold pace

Go to Settings → Sports Settings → Running. Your Threshold Pace (min/km) syncs from Intervals.icu by default; type a value to set it manually. Your pace zones derive from it. Running threshold HR, max HR and run HR zones live in the same section.

If workouts feel too slow or too fast, threshold pace is the first thing to check — small errors there shift every target.

    Running power (Stryd)

Running with power is fully supported. In Settings → Workout Settings, set the workout target priority for running to Power > Pace > HR. Within LeCoach, workouts still display pace targets, but Intervals.icu then delivers them to your device with power targets — perfect for Stryd. Make sure your running power settings (running FTP and power zones) are configured within Intervals.icu so the watt targets are right. Your running FTP and eFTP trends are shown in Analytics.

    Treadmill runs

Ride the same workout indoors — set the treadmill to the target paces. The recorded run syncs in and pairs like any other activity.
