Running workouts
For running, LeCoach always creates pace-based workouts with HR as a secondary target. However in Intervals there is a setting in which you can define the priority of power, pace or hr in your workouts. If that setting is set to (for example) Power > HR > Pace then Intervals will send our workouts to Garmin (or the platform you're using) as HR-based workouts. So you should change the setting to Power > Pace > HR. You can do this within LeCoach on https://lecoach.app/app/settings or in Intervals on https://intervals.icu/settings/Run
Cycling workouts
For cycling, LeCoach always creates power-based workouts with HR as a secondary target. However in Intervals there is a setting in which you can define the priority of power, pace or hr in your workouts. If that setting is set to (for example) HR > Power > Pace then Intervals will send our workouts to Garmin (or the platform you're using) as HR-based workouts.
