If you trained but didn't record a file (forgot to start your watch, indoor session without a device, a gym session), you can create a manual activity.
Mark a planned workout as done
Open the planned workout in the day view (any past or today's workout).
Tap Mark as done (the check-circle button).
Enter the actual values: name, sport, duration, distance, intensity, load, effort (RPE), feel, sub type and an optional description. Intensity and load calculate each other automatically from the duration, so you only need a rough idea of one of them.
The manual activity is created in Intervals.icu too, pairs with the planned workout, and counts toward your adherence and execution scoring.
Add a standalone manual activity
You can also add an activity that wasn't planned — for example a gym session or a walk. Use the plus icon on the relevant day, or simply tell LeCoach in chat what you did and ask it to log it.
Have a FIT or GPX file?
LeCoach doesn't accept file uploads directly. Upload the file to Intervals.icu (drag it onto the calendar there, or use its upload button) — it syncs into LeCoach automatically within a minute, with all data intact.
