Because LeCoach knows the actual workout (duration, intensity, load) and your context, its fueling advice is specific rather than generic. Save your preferences and staples to memory ('I use 90g/h carbs on race day', 'vegetarian') and it personalizes further.
Tracking: basic, via wellness fields
Nutrition-related wellness fields sync with Intervals.icu — calories consumed, carbohydrates, protein, fat and hydration volume — and your coach can see what you log there. There's no meal logging or food database in LeCoach.
Integrations with nutrition apps
Nutrition app integrations run via Intervals.icu, like everything else: check the connections and apps pages on intervals.icu/settings to see which nutrition services are supported there. If a service can feed your data into Intervals.icu, LeCoach can see it.
