If it's in Intervals.icu, it's in LeCoach
Any plan or workouts you have scheduled in your Intervals.icu calendar are automatically imported into LeCoach on the first sync (and kept in sync afterwards). Intervals.icu accepts .zwo/.mrc/.erg/.fit workout uploads and has its own plan tools — so a plan you build or place there simply appears in your LeCoach agenda and syncs to your devices. LeCoach sees and analyzes everything, though it treats these as your own workouts rather than a LeCoach-generated plan.
For TrainingPeaks or TrainerRoad plans, there is a community project, tp2intervals, that copies them into Intervals.icu — a third-party tool that may stop working and is not officially supported by LeCoach, but handy while it works.
Or: use the plan as your blueprint
If you found a training plan or plan concept you want to follow (or stay close to), enter it as instructions when creating your LeCoach plan — describe the weekly structure, key sessions and progression, or paste the plan text in chat. LeCoach builds a plan on that basis, fully integrated with adaptive coaching, scoring and device sync — and the coach understands *why* each session exists, so it can adapt the plan intelligently when life happens.
