    What kind of data can LeCoach analyze?

    LeCoach can analyze a wide range of training, activity and wellness data. Basically everything you record or log via your devices (Garmin, Wahoo, Whoop, Apple Watch) or platforms (Zwift, MyWhoosh etc) to Intervals.icu is available for LeCoach to analyze.

    This includes for example:

    • workouts

    • completed activities

    • wellness / recovery data

    • training load and fitness trends

    • race and event data

    • calendar context such as rest days, sick days, injury and holidays

    For activities, LeCoach can analyze both activity metrics like average HR or max power as well detailed interval-level data.

    This means it can look at things like:

    • power

    • heart rate

    • cadence

    • pace

    • duration

    • load

    • zone distribution

    • decoupling

    • W’bal

    • power drift

    • heart rate drift

    LeCoach can also analyze this for the activity but also per individual interval / rep / lap inside the activity. This helps it better understand how well you executed the session and how hard it really was for you.
