They allow you to organize important discussions and return to them anytime.
Examples
You could create topics such as:
- Nutrition
- My next big race
- FTP improvement strategy
- Bike fit adjustments
This keeps your daily interactions clean while allowing you to build structured, long-term conversations with LeCoach.
How to create a new topic
Click on History on the top of the chat conversation
Click on New topic and enter a Topic name
Click Create to confirm
