    What are topics?

    Topics are separate chat threads that live outside your daily training journal.

    They allow you to organize important discussions and return to them anytime.

    Examples

    You could create topics such as:

    - Nutrition

    - My next big race

    - FTP improvement strategy

    - Bike fit adjustments

    This keeps your daily interactions clean while allowing you to build structured, long-term conversations with LeCoach.

    How to create a new topic

    1. Click on History on the top of the chat conversation

    2. Click on New topic and enter a Topic name

    3. Click Create to confirm
