The short version: your data is yours, it's used to coach you, and it's never sold.
Where your data lives
Your account, training data and conversations are stored in the EU (Frankfurt, Germany) and synced with your Intervals.icu account.
What the AI sees
Coaching conversations and the training context needed to answer you are processed by our AI providers strictly to generate your coaching responses. We use their enterprise services with no-training agreements: your data is never used to train their models.
Your controls
Intervals.icu connection: disconnect any time in Settings → Integrations — LeCoach then no longer receives new data.
Chat: you can delete conversation threads; there's no automatic expiry of your coaching history — your coach's memory of your training is part of the product.
Account deletion: Settings → Account → Delete Account deletes your data, cancels any subscription immediately, revokes the Intervals.icu connection and frees your email for re-registration.
Activity descriptions: what LeCoach writes to Intervals.icu/Strava is configurable.
