Subscribing
Go to Settings → Subscription and choose monthly (€9.99/month) or yearly (€6.99/month, billed €83.88 per year — 30% cheaper). Checkout and billing run through Stripe; we never see your card details.
Managing your subscription
Settings → Subscription → Manage Subscription opens your Stripe billing portal, where you can switch plans, update payment methods and cancel.
Switching between monthly and yearly billing
You can switch billing cycles any time, and if you have a discount on your account (for example the Early Adopter discount) it carries over automatically — same percentage, applied to the new cycle. No new code needed.
Go to Settings → Subscription and press Manage Subscription.
In the billing portal, press Update subscription.
Select Monthly or Yearly and press Continue. This step shows the normal base price without your discount — that's expected.
On the Confirm your updates screen your discount appears as its own line, with the exact amount you'll pay and the date it starts. Check it, then confirm.
The screenshots show a switch from yearly to monthly — the process is identical in the other direction, just pick Yearly in step 3. Note how step 3 shows the full price of (at the time) €9.99 without any discounts applied. If you currently have a early adopter or other discount applied this will be applied on step 4. As you can see the confirmation in step 4 shows the Early Adopter discount applied (final price becomes €7.49/mo and not €9.99). If your discount does not appear on the confirmation screen, don't confirm — email info@lecoach.app and we'll sort it out.
Cancelling stops the next renewal — you keep full access until the end of the period you paid for. After that the app behaves like an ended trial: your data stays intact and viewable, AI features pause until you resubscribe. Nothing is deleted by a cancellation.
Failed payments
If a renewal fails you get a 7-day grace period with full access while we retry and remind you — update your card in the billing portal and everything continues.
