For fair use, LeCoach has a daily ceiling of 100 AI messages — roomy enough that almost nobody ever sees it (a heavy coaching day is maybe 30).
Hit 100 and you get a 25-message grace buffer with a heads-up; at 125 the AI pauses until the counter resets at midnight UTC. Your data, plan and everything else stay fully usable in the meantime — only new AI responses wait.
