LeCoach has no direct Strava connection — and doesn't need one. Everything flows through Intervals.icu.
How your Strava ecosystem fits in
Activities: your rides reach LeCoach via Intervals.icu. Best practice is to connect your original recording source (Garmin, Wahoo, Zwift, ...) directly to Intervals.icu rather than routing through Strava — Strava-sourced activities can arrive incomplete ('Untitled Activity'). See the fix.
What appears on Strava: if Intervals.icu and Strava are linked, the activity description LeCoach writes (execution score and optionally the AI analysis) shows up on your Strava activities too. You control this in Settings → Appearance — see activity descriptions.
What LeCoach reads: LeCoach never reads from Strava directly. Segments, kudos and Strava-specific features are outside its view.

Does LeCoach import my Strava history? Your history should come into Intervals.icu from your recording platforms ('Download old data' on the connections page). As a last resort you can import your full Strava archive into Intervals.icu.
Will my LeCoach workouts show on Strava? Completed rides show like any ride. The workout name may include the 'by LeCoach App' suffix.
Privacy: LeCoach only sees what's in your Intervals.icu account — nothing else from Strava.
