During the trial
You get the full product: plans, AI coaching, workout creation, sync, scoring, analytics. The indicator at the top of your screen shows the days left.
When the trial ends
You are not charged — we don't have your payment details.
Your data, plan and history stay intact and viewable — the app becomes read-only.
The AI features (coaching chat, plan and workout generation and editing) pause until you upgrade.
Upgrade any time in Settings → Subscription; everything picks up exactly where you left off. Pricing is on the pricing page.
