Here's everything that's new in July!
NEW: Log RPE & Feel after every session
You can now report your Rate of Perceived Exertion (RPE) and Feel (how you felt during the activity) directly from chat. RPE is a simple 1–10 scale of how hard an effort felt: 1 is barely moving, 10 is a full all-out effort. Logging how a session felt is one of the most valuable habits you can build as an athlete and helps LeCoach to better understand you and your activities.
NEW: Chat can make workouts without an active plan
LeCoach can now create workouts through chat even when you're not following a training plan. This is useful if you're between plans or if you are new to LeCoach and want to explore before committing to a full plan.
NEW: Several improvements and additions to chat
You can now abort a message to LeCoach while it is still being processed.
Delete old chat topics. Tap the trash icon on web, or swipe left on mobile to delete.
Jump to any date in chat history trough a new 'Jump to date' button
Better in-app support. LeCoach answers product questions more accurately
And many more nice little additions and improvements
End of plan notification. When you complete a training plan, LeCoach shows a summary of your key stats and nudges you to create your next one.
Plan health signals respect maintenance and recovery plans. For those training plans health signals related to fitness growth will no longer fire.
