Yes, when you have connected Intervals to LeCoach all workouts that you create, edit, move or delete will adjust in the same way in Intervals. Similarly everything you change in Intervals will also reflect in LeCoach. So it's a two-way sync.
When you delete your LeCoach training plan ONLY the workouts created in LeCoach will be deleted, so any existing workouts in Intervals are always safe.
