By default your sports settings stay in sync with Intervals.icu: FTP, power zones, threshold and max heart rate, HR zones, weight, height, W', Pmax, and your running threshold pace and zones. Whenever a synced value changes in Intervals.icu, it changes in LeCoach.
Overriding a field manually
Every one of these fields can be switched to manual: in Settings → Sports Settings, simply type your own value — the field flips to manual and Intervals.icu no longer overwrites it. A control under the field lets you switch back to 'Use synced' any time. This is useful when you want a stable, controlled FTP even while estimates fluctuate.
VO2max is a plain manual field (not synced).
New FTP detected from your riding
When your riding shows a genuinely new FTP level, LeCoach surfaces it as an achievement with an Apply button — nothing changes until you confirm. Details: FTP tests and how your FTP updates.
After changing thresholds
When your FTP or threshold pace changes, LeCoach offers to re-sync your upcoming workouts so Intervals.icu recalculates their load and intensity with the new values. You can also run this any time via 'Re-sync upcoming workouts' in Settings → Integrations.
