    LeCoach June update

    This month there were a lot of improvements and new features to your favourite ai cycling and running coach. Most notably weekly training reviews, activity recaps and smarter ai coaching.


    Weekly Training Review

    LeCoach now sends a personalized weekly review every Monday. It looks at what you did vs. what was planned, how your fitness and recovery moved, workout execution, and what’s coming up next.

    You can receive it by email and chat, and previous reviews are available from the week overview in the agenda.

    Plan Health dashboard

    The Plan Health page has been rebuilt into a full ai coaching dashboard.

    LeCoach now checks things like fitness growth, form and load, weekly adherence, zone balance, long ride consistency, workout execution, wellness trends and training limits.

    Activity recaps and personal bests

    After a ride or run, LeCoach now shows an activity recap with key metrics, achievements and the option to generate a deeper AI coaching report.

    LeCoach also detects new personal bests, FTP improvements, threshold pace changes and LTHR upgrades — and lets you save updated values with one tap.

    AI race reports

    When a race activity syncs from Intervals, LeCoach matches it to the planned race in your calendar.

    You can then generate an AI race report reviewing pacing, effort and how the day compared to your goal. The report is saved in LeCoach and written back to Intervals alongside the activity.

    Deeper activity data

    LeCoach can now read more activity and interval-level data, including fields like torque, W/kg, DFA-a1, respiration, SmO2/THb and lactate, if your device or platform records them.

    Important: new activities get this data automatically when available. To backfill older activities, go to Settings and run a Full Intervals Sync.

    Categories
